GSA-10 is a potent Smoothened (Smo) receptor agonist with an EC50 of 1.2 μM. It acts on Smo to promote the differentiation of pluripotent mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblasts. It also mediates Hedgehog (Hh) signaling, which may have research implications for regenerative medicine in cancer diseases. |
