| 產(chǎn)品介紹 | 復制蛋白A(RPA)是一種保守的核單鏈 DNA (ssDNA)結(jié)合蛋白。人類RPA(hRPA)包含大約 70、32和14 kDa的三個亞基（hRPA70、hRPA32 和 hRPA14）。RPA32作為異源三聚體復制蛋白A復合物(RPA/RP-A)的一部分，結(jié)合并穩(wěn)定單鏈DNA中間體，這些中間體在DNA復制過程中形成。它可以防止它們重新退火，并同時招募和激活參與DNA代謝的不同蛋白質(zhì)和復合物。因此，它在DNA復制和細胞對DNA損傷的反應中都起著至關(guān)重要的作用。 |
