High-density lipoproteins (HDL) are one of the five major groups of lipoproteins. Lipoproteins are complex particles composed of multiple proteins which transport all fat molecules (lipids) around the body within the water outside cells. They are typically composed of 80-100 proteins per particle (organized by one, two or three ApoA; more as the particles enlarge picking up and carrying more fat molecules) and transporting up to hundreds of fat molecules per particle. Unlike the larger lipoprotein particles which deliver fat molecules to cells, HDL particles remove fat molecules from cells which need to export fat molecules. The fats carried include cholesterol, phospholipids, and triglycerides; amounts of each are quite variable. Gene ID: HDL 高密度脂蛋白（HDL）為血清蛋白之一，又稱載脂蛋白A。高密度脂蛋白在肝、腸和血液中合成，擔(dān)負(fù)著將內(nèi)源性膽固醇(以膽固醇酯為主)從組織往肝臟的逆向轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。血漿高密度脂蛋白含量的高低與患心血管病的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)呈負(fù)相關(guān)。比較富含磷脂質(zhì)，在血清中的含量約為300mg／dl。其蛋白質(zhì)部分， A－Ⅰ約為75％， A－Ⅱ約為20％。由于可輸出膽固醇促進(jìn)膽固醇的代謝，所以現(xiàn)在作為動(dòng)脈硬化預(yù)防因子而受到重視。高密度脂蛋白運(yùn)載周圍組織中的膽固醇，再轉(zhuǎn)化為膽汁酸或直接通過(guò)膽汁從腸道排出，高密度脂蛋白膽固醇含量與動(dòng)脈管腔狹窄程度呈顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)。所以高密度脂蛋白是一種抗動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的血漿脂蛋白，是冠心病的保護(hù)因子，俗稱“血管清道夫”。 HDL在生理上起著將肝外組織的膽固醇運(yùn)送到肝臟的運(yùn)載工具的作用，因而可以防止游離膽固醇在肝外組織細(xì)胞上的沉積，高密度脂蛋白膽固醇對(duì)冠心病的臨床診斷是一個(gè)重要的參考指標(biāo)。它的降低是臨床冠心病的危險(xiǎn)因子之一，并可能促進(jìn)動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的發(fā)展。 |

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (Human liver carcinoma); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (High density lipoprotein) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-4589R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit(Rabbit) (sp-0023) instructionsand DAB staining.
