| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: LYPD3 is a 346 amino acid cell membrane protein that supports cell migration. Implicated in tumor progression and urothelial cell-matrix interactions, LYPD3 is expressed in skin, urothelium and placenta, with weak levels found in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and esophagus. Upregulated in migrating keratinocytes, LYPD3 undergoes post-translational N- and O-glycosylation, and contains two UPAR/Ly6 domains. The gene encoding LYPD3 maps to human chromosome 19q13.31. Chromosome 19 consists of over 63 million bases, houses approximately 1,400 genes and is recognized for having the greatest gene density of the human chromosomes. It is the genetic home for a number of immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily members, including the killer cell and leukocyte Ig-like receptors, a number of ICAMs, the CEACAM and PSG families, and Fc receptors (FcRs). Function: Supports cell migration. May be involved in urothelial cell-matrix interactions. May be involved in tumor progression. Subunit: Binds laminin-1 and laminin-5. Interacts with LGALS3 By similarity. Interacts with AGR2 and AGR3. Subcellular Location: Cell membrane. Tissue Specificity: Expressed in placenta, skin and urothelium. Found in suprabasal keratinocytes of chronic wounds. Weak expression is found in esophagus and peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Found in the majority of primary and metastatic transitional cell carcinomas (TCCs) and as well in breast cancer tissues, but not in adjacent normal tissues. High expression is found in the tumor component of some noninvasive superficial lesions and in invasive and metastatic urothelial cancers. Post-translational modifications: N-glycosylated and O-glycosylated. Similarity: Contains 2 UPAR/Ly6 domains.
