When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Subcellular Location: Endoplasmic reticulum membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Tissue Specificity: Isoform Short is found in skeletal muscle and heart. Post-translational modifications: Phosphorylation by cAMP-dependent PKA on Ser-937 increases calcium release. Similarity: Belongs to the InsP3 receptor family. Contains 5 MIR domains.
