產(chǎn)品介紹 |
background: The protein encoded by this gene belongs to theevolutionary conserved sif2 family of proteins that share theDUF155 domain in common. This protein is thought to be localized inthe mitochondria and involved in mitochondrial translation.Mutations in this gene are associated with combined oxidativephosphorylation deficiency-11. Alternatively spliced transcriptvariants have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Dec2012]. Similarity: Belongs to the RMD1/sif2 family.
