| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: FunctionMay promote cell cycle arrest by enhancing the inhibition of CDK2 activity by CDKN1A. May be required for repair of DNA damage by homologous recombination in conjunction with BRCA2. May not be involved in non-homologous end joining. Function: May promote cell cycle arrest by enhancing the inhibition of CDK2 activity by CDKN1A. May be required for repair of DNA damage by homologous recombination in conjunction with BRCA2. May not be involved in non-homologous end joining (NHEJ). Subunit: Interacts with BRCA2, CDKN1A and MTDH/LYRIC. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Note=Colocalizes with BRCA2 in discrete nuclear foci. Tissue Specificity: Expressed at high levels in testis and skeletal muscle and at lower levels in brain, heart, kidney, liver, lung, ovary, pancreas, placenta, and spleen.
