catalyzes the hydrolysis of ubiquitin carboxy-terminal thiolesters to form ubiquitin and a thiol; may play a role in neuropathic pain [RGD].
Found in neuronal cell bodies and processes throughout the neocortex (at protein level). Expressed in neurons and cells of the diffuse neuroendocrine system and their tumors. Weakly expressed in ovary. Down-regulated in brains from Parkinson disease and Alzheimer disease patients. 該抗原是一種神經(jīng)特異性蛋白,廣泛分布于中樞與外周神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的神經(jīng)元和神經(jīng)纖維、神經(jīng)內分泌細胞、腎小管段、睪丸精原細胞、Leydig細胞、卵細胞以及妊娠與非妊娠黃體內的某些細胞。用于標記神經(jīng)元,對研究幾種人慢性神經(jīng)變性性疾病中廣泛存在的細胞包涵體特征較有意義。 |
