100 ng rmS100A7-GST protein (bs-42023P) per lane probed with GST tag polyclonal antibody respectively, unconjugated (bsm-33007R) at 1:50000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by corresponding conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
