產(chǎn)品介紹 | DAPI是一種能夠與DNA強(qiáng)力結(jié)合的熒光染料,常用熒光顯微鏡觀測,可以透過完整的細(xì)胞膜,可用于活細(xì)胞和固定細(xì)胞的染色,其工作濃度一般為0.3mmol/L或0.1ug/ml。顯微鏡下可以看到藍(lán)色熒光的細(xì)胞,熒光顯微鏡觀察細(xì)胞標(biāo)記的效率高,且對活細(xì)胞無毒副作用。DAPI染色常用于細(xì)胞凋亡檢測,染色后用熒光顯微鏡觀察或流式細(xì)胞儀檢測。DAPI也常用于普通的細(xì)胞核染色以及某些特定情況下的雙鏈DNA染色。DAPI的最大激發(fā)波長為340nm,最大發(fā)射波長為488nm,DAPI和雙鏈DNA結(jié)合后,最大激發(fā)波長為360nm,最大發(fā)射波長為460nm。 本產(chǎn)品僅用于科研,不宜用于臨床診斷或其他用途。 |
