產(chǎn)品簡介： 抗熒光淬滅劑是一種能夠減緩熒光淬滅的試劑，可兼容大多數(shù)的熒光染料，用于對熒光組織和細(xì)胞樣品的封片。本產(chǎn)品抗熒光衰減封片劑以高純度甘油為介質(zhì)，內(nèi)含精心優(yōu)化的抗熒光淬滅劑，有強(qiáng)烈的抗熒光衰減作用，熒光樣品封片后，4℃避光保存使得熒光強(qiáng)度持續(xù)保持，可延長至2-4周穩(wěn)定，適用于所有光譜范圍的熒光，如DAPI，F(xiàn)ITC，Rhodamine，PE，APC，Dylight，Cy系列，AbFluor系列 (488/549/594/649) 等等。含 DAPI 的抗熒光淬滅劑可直接進(jìn)行細(xì)胞核染色。 此試劑為工作液，直接滴加使用即可，操作簡便，可應(yīng)用于免疫組織熒光、免疫細(xì)胞熒光、染色體熒光、核酸原位雜交熒光等的封片。 注意事項(xiàng)： 為了您的安全和健康，請穿實(shí)驗(yàn)服并戴一次性手套操作。 |
