Polink-2 plus?是美國GBI公司推出的系列超敏二步法免疫組化檢測(cè)試劑，它將二抗抗體分子的單價(jià)Fab片段和酶聚合在一起，替代傳統(tǒng)方法中的二抗和三抗，直接放大抗原抗體結(jié)合的信號(hào)，既保留了抗體特異性結(jié)合抗原的能力，又可有效的避免聚合分子過大而造成的空間位阻。本產(chǎn)品可用于檢測(cè)小鼠一抗，與傳統(tǒng)的SP三步法相比，此試劑盒具有簡單、快速、敏感等特點(diǎn)，因?yàn)橄到y(tǒng)中不再使用生物素，所以避免了由于內(nèi)源性生物素所造成的背景染色。本品獨(dú)特的Polymer Helper有利于大分子的檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)更好的結(jié)合所檢測(cè)的一抗分子，此檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)是目前已知的靈敏度最高的系列免疫組化檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。 此系統(tǒng)比生物素-鏈酶卵白素的檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)靈敏度提高數(shù)倍，所以應(yīng)適當(dāng)調(diào)整一抗的使用濃度。 |
